Private residential, extensive remodelling of and extension to existing B listed townhouse in Ellon, Aberdeenshire. RBD had the opportunity to work on a consulting basis, predominantly on the sketch design, listed building consent and planning applications working with Taylor Design based in Ellon, who carried out the detailed design and successfully won all of the necessary statutory consents.
The property owners who come from a building contracting background, already had a longstanding working relationship with Taylor Design and were personally closely involved in the on site project management of the build.
A highly personal project and successful collaboration between all parties.
